We ship goods all over Turkey, using the courier service Yurtiçi kargo.

Delivery is carried out within 2 – 3 days.
International delivery.
- We ship goods all over the world with the help of DHL Express.
- The delivery takes from 7-10 working days.
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.above 40 sizes of dresses that custom made are non-returnable.
Order & Shipping
All orders placed at Syla Atelier are shipped within 2-3 business days following the purchase.
For products specially made for sizes over 40, the production and shipping time is approximately 5 business days.
You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy
You have the right to return products purchased from Syla Atelier within 14 days from the date of delivery.
For the return to be valid, the product must be:

Unused,
-
Undamaged,
-
In its original packaging with tags attached,
and must be returned to us in full condition.
Please send your return request via email to info@sylaatelier.com.tr including your order number and reason for return.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges can be made only once, within 14 days from the date of delivery, for size or model changes.
Exchange Process

Submit your exchange request and reason by email to info@sylaatelier.com.tr.

Please make sure to include your full name and order number in the email subject line.

After reviewing your request, we will send you:

Exchange approval,

Shipping address, and
-
Yurtiçi Kargo customer code.

You can send the product back to us via Yurtiçi Kargo.

Please keep your tracking number during shipment.
Shipping costs for carriers other than Yurtiçi Kargo will be borne by the customer. Products sent without prior notification will not be accepted.
Exchange Conditions

Exchange can only be made once.

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

Used products,

Products without tags or with security bands removed or cut,

Products damaged due to usage (tears, deformation, breakage, etc.),

Products tested while wearing heavy-scented perfumes or deodorants that leave marks,

Promotional or free items within sets must be returned together; individual item returns or exchanges are not accepted.

The customer is responsible for any damage or loss of the product until it reaches the return/exchange address.
Please ensure your shipment is well-packaged, trackable, and insured.
After Return or Exchange Approval
Once the product is received and inspected, your return request will be approved, or the exchanged product will be sent to you free of charge.
